How Social Media Really Helps Sell Your NWA Home
It is interesting to me to listen to other Realtor's ideas on how social media plays a roll in marketing your NWA home. First of all, very rarely will your NWA home be sold as a direct result of social media. It does happen, just not often. Well then, you ask; Why do you bother with it at all? I'm glad you asked. It may not directly sell your NWA home, however it plays an extremely substantial part in other avenues that do sell your NWA home. Twitter, for example: I have over 60,000 followers, and I can move a certain percentage of them to action when necessary. You may look at my widget below, and say..."you liar you only have just over three thousand followers." Well, that may be true, but just like my numerous websites, I have numerous Twitter Accounts, all with a uniquely targeted niche. Just ask, I'll show you. The problem with using one account is that it is hard to target a broad deomographic which is necessary to generate the traffic I need to successfully market your NWA home.
So then how do I use Twitter and other social media to market your NWA home. Well, it's quite simple. By moving people to look at your virtual tours and my website I am generating traffic that boosts the rankings of your NWA virtual tours and my websites. I love it when people in the UK or China check out my site or your tours. They may not be in the market to buy your NWA house, but the search engines don't know that.
It gets a lot more complicated and interesting, but I can't give away all of my tricks in this public forum. Just ask me, if you're a techie, and I'll be happy to go further in depth.
